We want people to feel they can be themselves, dare greatly and believe their best is yet to come We have an exciting opportunity to join our Out of Home (OOH) team here at Nestlé Professional as Head of Cash & Carry & Vending where you will have accountability for Nestlé Professional’s National Wholesale & Buying Group Customers and will lead a team of 4 direct reports. Reporting to our Sales Director, you will be a key member of the NP Sales Leadership Team and will lead and develop a multi-category Cash & Carry & Vending Team to achieve defined Commercial targets through engagement with customers and the effective execution of aligned Category/Channel Strategies and Business Plans. A day in the life of a Head of Cash & Carry & Vending… In this high-profile role that offers visible leadership and ownership of the P&L, your key responsibilities will include: Create a comprehensive to market plan and strategies to ensure targets are met consistently and sustainably Link market macro dynamics and customer/industry knowledge to develop actionable customer insight Key customer and industry contact strategy and matrix Customer capacity management plan, ensuring coverage across business priorities within defined customers Input into the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process Sell NP Sales Plan aligned to NP's Channel/Category priorities to senior/executive customer contacts Support the Cash & Carry & Vending Account team in building customer specific proposals and plans based on customer insight Ensure all NiM key selling skills (Solution Selling, 4C's, Total Negotiation, Ebusiness) standards are adhered to by customer facing team Drive responsibility for the monthly C&C/Vending commercial planning process (Weekly operational review, CR, MGR, TDS Reviews) identifying gaps verses plans and contingencies across the Team Customer CIP documents and JBP plans Execute Route to Market (RTM) annual plan, working on a 130% mentality (growth mindset) Lead and manage monthly/quarterly C&C/Vending budgets to ensure robust forecasting and investment management Coach and drive the performance and long-term development of the team, through full training and succession planning What will make you successful? A strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and excellent numeracy skills, you’ll be able to communicate persuasively and credibly to multiple stakeholders internally as well to customers externally. You will need to demonstrate a proactive, entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
