ICT Service Desk Student Technician
The ICT Service Desk Student Technician will become the first point of contact on the ICT Service Desk. Core responsibilities include:
1. Answering telephone calls and reviewing initial requests for help.
2. Ensuring information is provided for all tickets, including who is experiencing the issue, the nature of the issue, its impact, and its priority.
3. Attempting to resolve tickets where possible by following standard operating procedures.
4. Delivering training on ICT systems and software, including ICT inductions for new starters.
5. Performing daily checks to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
This position serves as an entry-level role within the Corporate Tax Opportunities, which include positions such as Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, and Director. However, the detailed responsibilities for Corporate Tax roles are not part of the ICT Service Desk position and have been excluded for clarity.
