This is a brand-new role for the business, created to support their next phase of growth.
This would suit a sales manager or business development manager who can win new business quickly and can deliver a strong 5-year sales strategy.
You’ll be working with some really cool brands across the food industry!
The Candidate.
* Proven background selling into food service / retailers / B2B across the UK.
* You must have the right to work in the UK to apply.
* Understanding the technical requirements within food manufacturing, whether this be from a food science or culinary point of view its hugely advantageous.
* This would suit someone with a senior sales background from a big hitter that supplies meals to the UK retailer market and can bring on board industry contacts.
* Candidate must be able to give strong examples of listings won and YOY growth.
The Role.
* Increasing volume, market share and profitability of the business.
* Successfully winning new business.
* Proactively manage Key Accounts, including client visits, gap identification, identifying product issues the customer is having.
* Management of all development projects inclusive of project pipeline to support new business in line with customer requirements and development brief guidelines.
