About the Role: In this dynamic role, you will manage the lifecycle of key customer accounts, ensuring the smooth delivery of programs from initiation to completion. You’ll work alongside teams from engineering, business development, and technical management to deliver quality, on-time results that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the lifecycle of high-value accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and successful program delivery. Take ownership of the order book, ensuring timely reviews, addressing challenges with quotes, and facilitating quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and ensure smooth execution, with support from engineering and technical managers. Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing clear communication and regular updates on program progress. Monitor financial performance, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and tracking of revenue and margin targets. Candidate Profile: Experience in manufacturing or a related technical field is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and drive strategic initiatives. Ambitious and eager to grow into a role with significant responsibility. Why Join?
