Dedicate Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with this highly regarded and prestigious school in Kent, with an enviable record of academic excellence and achievement, to appoint a HR Officer for a 12-month maternity cover.
Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the HR team, the HR Officer will ensure the delivery of an efficient, high-quality HR advisory service for the school.
The role will include onboarding of new employees, compiling HR metrics and preparing data reports as required on the HR Information System (iTrent). You will conduct DBS adnd Right to Work checks and drafting of contracts for new employees. Privide support and training on policies and procedures and provided coaching to managers on ER cases such as absence management.
The successful candidate will be minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent, with strong people and technical skills, together with experience of working at pace in HR ideally with an education setting.

This is an on-site, full-time post. An Enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
37.5 hours per week too commence in June 2025.
