Remuneration: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum

Our client, a leading organisation based in Basildon, Essex, is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Account Coordinator to join their dynamic Customer Service department. As the key point of contact for customers and members of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for allocated customer portfolio, providing regular updates on order schedules.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, including Production Management, to ensure seamless production.
3. Respond efficiently to customer enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
4. Generate works orders according to customer schedules and proactively ensure high standards of customer care.
5. Run monthly reports, flagging any potential financial risks.
6. Process sales orders, request project information, and liaise with purchasing and production departments.
7. Coordinate with couriers for bookings, commercial invoices, and faulty goods collection.
8. Create pick lists, delivery notes, and manage customer returns effectively.
9. Maintain strong communication during team member's absences.
10. Coordinate with purchasing and production to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications, Skills, and Education Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Previous experience in a customer accounts role.
3. Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
4. Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
6. Ability to prioritise tasks and work well individually or as part of a team.
