Passive Fire Contracts Manager, East Midlands, GB
Logical Personnel Solutions is working with a large, established Passive Fire client seeking to expand their team by hiring a permanent Passive Fire Contracts Manager on a full-time basis.
The role involves managing projects across various sectors including schools, museums, care homes, hospitals, and student accommodations nationwide.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Passive Fire Contracts Manager
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Current industry knowledge and networking skills
* Good understanding of trade products and solutions
* NVQ in Passive Fire or IFE Level 2 – Passive Fire
* SMSTS qualification and CSCS Card
* Full UK driving license
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of multiple projects from survey to handover
* Plan, organize, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with zero defects, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Assist in design, lead procurement, oversee installations, and manage commissioning processes
* Manage quality inspections and residents’ engagement sessions
* Plan project workflows for timely completion
Location:
South East or East Midlands – the client has offices in both locations, and the Contracts Manager can work from either.
Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000
