Job summary Due to movement and growth within the team, we are looking for a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as Lead SLT (Education). This person will have the skills and motivation to support our growing team and facilitate effective communication for all. The successful candidate will deliver Speech and Language Therapy services either in Blackpool, Bolton or Preston and will work in a hybrid way, travelling to all these areas to undertake their Lead role. Clinically, the Speech and Language Therapist with have a broad range of experience and may have a clinical specialism. They will also have experience of supervising and line managing others. The successful candidate will support our growing team and shape the innovative services delivered by our organisation as a whole. Main duties of the job There is expected to be a split between clinical delivery and the 2 days Education Lead role. As a Speech and Language Therapist, the successful candidate willsupport children, families, practitioners and partners to maximise communication potential. As the lead for Education they will Line mange SLTs and support the continuous improvement of people and processes.
