Rugby St Cross Theatres is a Girft accredited Elective Hub and consists of 6 Theatres and a Treatment Room. We cover an extensive range of Surgical Specialities including Orthopaedics- including Robotic Surgery, Neuro, Day case Ophthalmic, Plastics, General, Vascular and Pain. Theatre Practitioners are key to the smooth running of each theatre. ODPs will work closely with multi-speciality Theatre Teams to ensure that everything the team needs each day is ready and available. Main duties of the job Successful Newly Qualified applicants will be guided through our preceptorship package with appropriate mentorship. All of our practitioner's works across all Clinical specialities, our team member therefore become highly skilled in all specialities. No 2 day's here are the same We encourage all our Practitioners to develop competencies and skills in at least 2 out of the 3 Clinical areas of Anaesthetics, Recovery and Surgery.
