The Business Manager is responsible for driving the rhythm of business and governance for the Office of the CEO, Avanade's Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and Senior Leadership teams globally. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business management, consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting senior executives and managing complex projects. What you'll do Key Responsibilities: Rhythm of Business (RoB): Drive the planning and execution of the rhythm of business activities for the CEO and Global Executive Committee, including quarterly business reviews, executive meetings, and leadership forums. Governance: Implement and oversee governance frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO, Chief of Staff (CoS), and Executive Committee to develop and prioritize strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives. Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, providing structure, guidance, and oversight to ensure timely and successful delivery. Innovation: Identify and implement innovative solutions, including leveraging AI and emerging technologies, to drive efficiency and transformative change across the organization's RoB. Communication: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Office of the CEO, Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and other key stakeholders. Prepare presentations, talking points, reports, and executive summaries. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO's office with professionalism and integrity.
