Terumo Aortic are currently recruiting for a Regional Information Security Officer to strengthen the group’s capability to manage issues. Terumo will be creating Information Security Officer roles at the regional level. (Americas, EMEA and Asia), reporting to Terumo Group CIO and as such this is a vital role for the business. The main responsibilities of the role are; Develop information security strategy Develop entire group information security policy and supervise compliance status Planning and implementation of information security measures for the entire group Collaborate with other ISOs to optimize the information security operating model for the entire group Risk assessment and risk management Assess and address potential threats and vulnerabilities Incident response and crisis management Detection, analysis, and response to information security incidents Planning and execution of information security incident response plan Collaboration with internal and external parties Information security awareness activities Develop and implement education and training programs to increase associates' information security awareness Evaluation and introduction of information security technology, tools and services Collaborate with the IT department to evaluate, select, and implement information security technologies, tools, and services that meet the needs of the organization. Collaboration with external organizations Collaborate with external organizations such as industry associations, government agencies, law enforcement agencies, and information security vendors. Respond to requests from external organizations Audit response Respond to information security audits and address findings Compliance with laws and regulations Investigation and analysis of laws and regulations regarding information security Ensure compliance with laws and regulations Advice and communication with the executive officer in charge Provide strategic advice and support for appropriate decision-making regarding information security to the executive officer in charge
