Responsibilities:
Carry out routine and emergency plumbing maintenance tasks at luxury residential properties.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipework, heating systems, and water filtration units.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify and resolve plumbing issues, providing accurate estimates of time and materials required.
Communicate effectively with the aftercare team and clients, ensuring all work is completed to satisfaction.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Keep detailed records of completed works and any required follow-up actions

Qualifications and Skills:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent qualification.
Preferably Gas Safe Registered. (advantageous)
Proven experience in high-end residential plumbing maintenance and installations, with a strong focus on quality workmanship.
Advanced English communication skills to engage professionally with clients and provide clear updates on work progress.
