Hudson RPO is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Sourcer to join our Edinburgh team on an immediate basis. The successful candidate will specialise in market mapping and candidate sourcing for management and manufacturing roles This role takes a proactive approach to identifying top talent and building robust candidate pipelines. You need to be able to speak Polish fluently to effectively engage with a diverse talent pool across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
