Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Operational Services Administrator to support our Operational Services Team.
The Operational Services Group provides all soft services support to the Intervet UK Production locations in the UK.
Reporting into the Operational Services Team Lead, you will provide administrative support to the Operational Services and Engineering Team.
A structured and methodical administrator, you will be conversant with MS Office and will have experience of working in a team to manage both paper and digital filing for the storage and retrieval of business documentation.
You will also act as the centralised contact for site-based engineering and maintenance work requests and will be the primary administrator for all engineering work activity and asset documentation, managed via a computer-based management system.
This is a full-time role and will be based on site at our Milton Keynes office.
The role will involve:
* Administrating a computer-based maintenance management system (SAP PM) to ensure planned tasks and work orders are created on schedule.
* Ensuring technical records, certification and supporting documentation are collated, reviewed, approved and stored on a daily basis.
* Liaising with and supporting engineering team members to ensure maintenance schedules and plans are fully aligned with the computer system.
* Compiling and generating asset, work activity reports and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
* Requesting supplier Material Safety Data Sheets and uploading them into the Risk Assessment system for review.
* Managing the issue and return of Electric Vehicle (EV) charge cards and being the point of contact for the EV charger maintenance and supply company.
* Acting as a contractor liaison for Operations Support Group vendors as required.
* Being responsible for the issue of pool cars and the management of vehicle service and maintenance appointments.
* Monthly review, update and distribution of the alarm list.
* Being the point of contact for six-monthly insurance inspections of lifting equipment, liaising with all equipment owners to ensure items are available.
Qualifications:
* Excellent understanding and ability to work with computer-based applications (MS Office suite).
* GCSE Grade 4 minimum in English Language and Maths.
* Excellent collaborative team skills.
* Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills.

* SAP Plant Maintenance experience or similar asset management software.
