We are seeking qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our forward-thinking team.

Requirements:
- HLTA Qualification: Candidates must hold a recognised HLTA qualification.
- Experience with SEN: Proven experience working with students with special educational needs is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and students.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Inclusive Commitment: Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Student Support: Assist in the learning and development of students with SEN, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
- Lesson Delivery: Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver customised educational activities.
- Individualised Assistance: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, facilitating their academic progress.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and document student progress, contributing to assessments and planning.
- Well-being Promotion: Support the overall well-being and academic success of students, fostering a nurturing environment.
