Inbound Financial Customer Service Advisor - temp to perm (site based) Do you have Customer Service experience and looking for a new challenge? If successful, you will be representing one of the UKs leading investment and savings companies. Our client will provide full paid training (both classroom style and on the job training) which will enable you to take on a new challenge and add to your skill set. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Utilise strong communication skills to effectively assist customers. - Demonstrate proficiency in data entry to accurately document customer interactions. - Analyse customer needs to resolve issues with regards to current products or services. - Maintain a professional phone etiquette while engaging with customers. - Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
