IT Support Analyst - Leading Accountancy, £35K, fully onsite
About the company
Our client is a leading accountancy firm. The team is looking for an IT Support Analyst to support end users on workplace solutions.
About the role
* Provide 1st/2nd line support to end users in a timely manner.
* Support new joiner IT onboarding and offboarding of leavers.
* Resolve tickets promptly and/or escalate to relevant parties when necessary.
* Maintain logs and processes accordingly to the IT ticketing system.
* Assist the team to prepare and optimise SOP.
Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience in helpdesk support.
* Hands-on experience of supporting Windows 10/11, O365, Citrix, VMWare/Hyper-V, Active Directory.
* Previous experience in financial services, professional services, or a corporate environment would be preferred.
* Comfortable in travelling to Central London for 5 days a week.
* Holds full Right to Work in the UK.
