If you're seeking clinical freedom, a supportive environment, and a welcoming client base, keep reading Position: Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire, UK Salary: £35,000 to £65,000 depending on experience Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time About the Role: We are excited to recruit a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. Whether you're an experienced vet or a confident new graduate, we welcome your application. With over 70 years of combined experience, our team offers a collaborative approach and clear development pathways to help you thrive in your new role. Working Hours: This full-time role includes standard working hours from 8:15 am to 6:00 pm. We ensure ample time within these hours for paperwork, case development, and client communication. Enjoy a protected lunch break of one hour. Weekend Duties: You will work on a rota basis, with Saturday consults from 8:15 am to 11:00 am and 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. There may be some inpatient care required on Sundays, with a nurse available if needed. Tuesdays off will follow a weekend shift. Out of Hours: Out of hours are managed by VetsNow, but you’ll cover your own inpatient care with weeknight phone advice provided as necessary. The Team: Join a close-knit, supportive team of 2 vets, an experienced RVN, SVNs, 4 receptionists, and our Practice Manager.
