Job summary Kingswell Surgery are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated Practice Nurse to join our existing nursing team on a part time basis for one full day or two half days per week. We are seeking a nurse who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and dedicated to improving health outcomes within our community. Main duties of the job The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse, with experience in General Practice. They will work alongside our current Nursing Team, providing high-quality care while acting within their professional boundaries. This role includes screening, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care, ensuring safe clinical decision-making and expert patient support. The successful candidate will be actively involved in Chronic Disease Management, including Asthma, Diabetes, COPD, and other long-term conditions. About us Kingswell Surgery is a friendly, well-led, GP Training Practice with its own dispensary, caring for approximately 5000 patients in the heart of rural Penistone.
