A fantastic opportunity to join the Tissue Viability Service covering the Community and Acute services in the East of the region. The post holder will work across all areas with emphasis on improving wound care and pressure ulcer prevention.
Main duties of the job
As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most.
Job responsibilities
* As well as an enthusiasm for Tissue Viability, we are looking for a candidate with transferable skills such as experience in a relevant speciality, clinical leadership, change management and excellent oral and written communication.
* You must be willing to undertake a programme of study in Tissue Viability at post graduate level and, therefore, should have a first degree or evidence of the ability to study at that level.
* The successful applicant will need to be adaptable and flexible in their working as we cover both inpatient services and community services.
* You must have a current UK driving licence, as the ability to travel throughout Devon will be required.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Flexible and part time working considered.

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later.
