What you’ll do We are looking for a driven, dedicated, and passionate Technical Repair Advisor to join our fast-growing team who would like to be part of the team making BOXT an international household name. As a Technical Advisor you will play a fundamental part in supporting our growth and ambition by supporting all engineers who are on site to ensure the customer’s boiler is repaired in a timely and cost efficient manner, ensuring they are compliant and fit to the current regulations and manufacturing standards, whist also adhering to the exceptionally high standards that BOXT have become renowned for. You will also be required to. Providing technical knowledge and offer appropriate help and support to customers and engineers throughout the entire customer’s repair journey. Remotely assist engineers that are on site, offering technical solutions where required. Communicate clearly to customers offering solutions, recommendations, and reassurance. Recognise and flag irregular issues that are (or likely to cause) significant problems with either customers or engineers through the correct channels. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are followed. Adhere to all relevant legislation, manufacturing regulations and company policies and procedures. Desktop audit all repair jobs that have taken place Assist with planning duties as and when required. Identify and locate parts and materials to enable the infield teams to repair and maintain boilers. Ensure accuracy when updating spreadsheets and BOXT admin systems. Build on-going relationships with Engineers to help develop better engagement Who you are ACS qualifications (CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT) GCSE (Or equivalent) Maths and English A minimum of 5 years boiler service & repair experience along with fault-finding skills on all domestic gas boilers. Relevant and up-to-date industry specific boiler knowledge Health and Safety working experience Experienced in operating in a fast paced, results driven customer focused role Analytical and effective problem-solving skills Clear and effective communication skills with a good command of English Flexible and adaptable to work loads and tasks Confidence in working on your own initiative as well as within a team environment.
