We are looking for a enthusiastic, motivated and reliable full time Senior Receptionist to join our very busy, efficient and friendly therapies department, based at Northwick Park Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have Reception experience and good knowledge of IT. Knowledge and experience of Cerner would be beneficial. The role will be a mixture of front desk, telephone and patien nt related administrative duties.
We welcome experienced NHS receptionists as well as candidates who are willing to learn.
To use the Cerner database system to implement the Department
outpatient appointments and other various systems and procedures.
- To work closely the Podiatry lead at all other times, to ensure the smooth
running of Reception and Administration within the Department. This
includes the management and organisation of the Podiatry clinic diaries cross site.
- To receive patients, visitors and other callers to Podiatry Services with a courteous,friendly and efficient manner.
-To answer telephone calls made to Podiatry and pass on messages timeously.
- To provide clerical support to Reception and the Occupational and
Physiotherapy Department as/if required.
