As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Fabric Admin Assistant to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract. This opportunity will see you play a crucial role, assisting the fabric team by focusing on administration. This opportunity will see you work in close partnership with the Head of Fabric and Fabric Coordinator to ensure timely development of fabrics for our seasonal collections. Key accountabilities include: Fabric Coordination : Assisting with fabric mill appointments and visits as needed Supplier Relationships : Contacting fabric mills for sample availability and pricing information as required, building strong working relationships with key mills Sourcing Requests : Assisting with sending and processing sourcing requests Fabric Library Maintenance : Maintain and update the in-house fabric and trim library Research and Support : Assist with research and prep for fabric trend boards and reports and department post. About You We are looking for the Fabric Admin Assistant to demonstrate excellent administration skills and attention to detail. An interest in fabrics and textiles is required for success in this role. This opportunity will see you work effectively in a collaborative environment.
