The Roads and Infrastructure Service are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to provide efficient delivery of high quality secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Service in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Department, providing a courteous, efficient channel of communication that will ensure that the customers of the Department receive the highest standard of service.

Duties the post holder can expect to undertake include management of correspondence, diary management and administrative/business support as well as learning about the range of services and projects delivered by the Roads and Infrastructure Service.
If you have experience in preparing accurate minutes, working in a busy office environment and have a keen interest in the services and projects delivered by the Roads and Infrastructure Service, then this could be the post for you.
