Vehicle Merchandising Executive - Rugby Area
Salary: £17,940 per annum
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team!
The role is an important position ensuring that vehicle documents are all present and scanned into the system accurately, helping to sell the vehicle quickly and professionally.
A professional working environment will be backed up with a strong support team to train and develop you in your long and lucrative career.
Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am to 3pm
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all vehicle documents are present and correct for each vehicle
* Scanning the vehicle documents into the system
* Producing a documents folder for each vehicle
* Putting the vehicle documents into the vehicles folder and ensuring that it is put into the vehicle
* Carrying out other admin duties as required
The Person:
* Attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Can work under pressure
* Experience working in the motor trade is not compulsory
