The Role:
As an MFL Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons in [languages taught – e.g., French, Spanish, German] across key stages [Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 if applicable]. You will support students in developing their language skills, cultural awareness, and global understanding. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a love of languages and enhancing the educational experience for all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality language lessons that engage, inspire, and challenge students.
* Promote the development of students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
* Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of all students.
* Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development of the MFL department and participate in departmental meetings.
* Organize extracurricular activities such as language clubs, cultural events, or trips.
* Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
