About the Role: Are you an ambitious and dedicated Construction Project Manager looking to further your career in the construction industry? Our clients Project Management team operates within all sectors of the built environment from commercial, office and residential through to arts and heritage, major projects and infrastructure. As an independent, market leading firm with a focus on delivering world class service successful candidates will be dynamic and ambitious with a team mind-set and demonstrable experience on high value construction projects. Carrying out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures. Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies. Take personal accountability for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards. Management and preparation of key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handover. Ensuring business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Degree qualified – preferably within a construction related discipline. Experience working on and delivering high value developments with a focus on the built environment or infrastructure. Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved. Strong communication skills with experience working in a client focused environment. Experience working in a client focused environment - working closely with clients, updating clients on progress, while taking personal responsibility in dealing with clients and striving to exceed their expectations.
