Description
1. Managing the purchase ledger, ensuring all invoices are accurately recorded.
2. Reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure all payments are up to date.
3. Processing of payment runs in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Assisting with month-end procedures and reports in the finance department.
5. Managing relationships with suppliers and resolving any queries or disputes.
6. Assisting with other ad-hoc duties within the finance team as required.
7. Ensuring adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards.
8. Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the finance team.
Profile
1. A solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
2. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
4. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and colleagues.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage workload efficiently.
