This role will be responsible for support of the firm’s new onboarding and time recording application to ensure that system queries are efficiently and professionally dealt with to meet the needs of the firm. The role will initially be part of the firm’s Client Matter Lifecycle project team as a Finance System representative. The role will be expected to build up a good understanding of the new application and how it works from a functional perspective and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Longer term the role as the role develops, the applicant will be expected to understand all areas of the Intapp suite the firm uses. The role will work closely with the Operations Lead to build strong relationships with the business. This will help deliver an impeccable service supporting the firm's existing systems. Roles and Responsibilities Ongoing support for any queries post go-live of the new onboarding platform Being a “Go To” person for all key Intapp Product Suite (Initially Open) used by the Compliance Team and other key stakeholders Keeping documentation of key setups and known issues up to date Support Compliance team on data extraction either direct from 3E & Intapp product suite Review system processes and procedures and propose improvements to workflow and reporting processes to improve service and information delivery to enable internal to gain maximum benefit from Intapp functionality. Work closely with vendor/3rd parties and internal resource on system initiatives and build relationships with Intapp vendor Testing of new releases of Intapp solutions in sandbox environment prior to going live into production instances Other ad-hoc projects according to business needs Comply with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations, and Principles. Qualifications and Experience Experience in using Intapp Solutions Experience in using Elite 3E application is advantageous but not necessary. Understanding of onboarding processes. Experience in using other key Finance Systems such as Intapp applications (Time and Open), ARCS, Chrome River and Xcelerate Strong track record of supporting data analysis requirements of the wider business through creation of new user-friendly reports and ad-hoc data queries.
