I am seeking a Nursing Home Manager to manage a 50 bedded Nursing and Residential Home for the elderly. The home is rated Requires Improvement with CQC, so this is a great opportunity to turn this service around.\n \n Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager: \nOverall running of the Nursing home including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.\nManaging budgets.\nStaff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.\nLiaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.\nGaining ‘GOOD’ CQC.\nBuild strong relationship with regional and operations directors.\nEnsuring company policies are followed and adhered to.Nursing Home Manager Requirements:\nRegistered with CQC.\n1+ Years’ experience managing within a Nursing Home setting.\nNVQ Level 4 or 5 in management.\nExperience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.\nManaging budgets.\nNMC Active pin \nAbility to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.\nStaff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.\nLiaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.\nTo ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered toBenefits:\nA high-quality work environment\n40 Hours a week \n25 Days annual leave + bank holidays\nGrowing provider – Progression opportunities\nExcellent benefits\nTurn around opportunity.\nSalary paying up to £70,000If you are interested in the above position please apply, or for more information contact Millie Caldwell at Domus Recruitment.\n\n As part of our continual pursuit of quality candidates we appreciate and reward candidate recommendations from you if we successfully secure them a position.
