My client is a leading D2C Ecommerce & Retail business in the food and beverage industry. A household name, with great plans for 2025 – we are looking for a talented Paid Social Manager to activate and optimise 7 figure budgets over Meta, Pinterest and other relevant platforms. Able to hit the ground running – we are looking for someone who is passionate about all things paid social and able to strategize and deliver alongside the creative social content team. We are looking for a “quality over quantity” mindset when it comes to direct response campaigns This is a hybrid role – Berkshire HQ 3 days a week, 2 remote. The Role Being hands on with the activation and management of Paid Social campaigns across the breadth of social media platforms: Such as Meta, X, Pinterest etc. Continual tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimisation of the Paid Social campaigns you manage. Working cross departmentally with Brand, CRM and Data functions. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop Paid Social strategy and provide technical expertise. Budget management. The Person Ideally at least 3 years Paid Social experience (Agency or in-house). Meta experience is essential, Pinterest, Reddit, Amazon – desirable. Hands on experience with activating and managing Paid Social Ad campaigns with a focus on direct response. Experience working on B2C ecommerce campaigns. Performance focussed campaign experience is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, as you work within your team as well as with other departments across the business. Strong previous experience with data analysis, Adobe Analytics (advantageous), Google Analytics etc. Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
