Education and Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
* Part qualified and actively studying towards a CCAB qualification
Skills, Ability and Knowledge
Essential Criteria:
* Advanced IT skills - Excel
* Good communication and analytical skills
Desirable Criteria:
* Knowledge of computerised ledger systems
Experience
Essential Criteria:
* Experience of financial accounting systems and procedures
* Experience of budgets and budgetary control procedures
Desirable Criteria:
* NHS Finance experience
Personal Qualities
Essential Criteria:
* Ability to establish rapport and credibility with Finance Directorate and throughout the Trust
* Flexible, enthusiastic and determined
* Ability to deal with difficult situations in a professional manner
Desirable Criteria:
* A general interest in NHS and Financial issues
