If so, we have a job for you We are currently recruiting for a Catering / Customer Assistant to be a part of our team at Alperton Community School, Ealing Road, Wembley, Middlesex, HA0 4PW Perks of the job ⦁ £11.44 per hour ⦁ Part time – 30 hours per week ⦁ Shifts range 5 days over 7 ⦁ Free meals on shift ⦁ Generous holiday entitlement which increases in line with service ⦁ Cycle to work / Refer a friend scheme ⦁ A wide range of perks including MyStaffShop discounts (save money on your weekly supermarket shop), Nest pension, Life assurance, online e-learning and much more What you'll be doing ⦁ Perform basic service, food production and/or administrative tasks ⦁ Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products ⦁ Basic cold food preparation and made to order services ⦁ Take payment and keep financial records as required ⦁ Empty cash vending machines or cashless loaders ⦁ Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise ⦁ Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so ⦁ Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/vending machines, preparation and public areas ⦁ Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work ⦁ Perform daily paper/computer work she/he is assigned ⦁ Follows safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements, undertake training as required ⦁ Help with food preparation ⦁ Serve on the food counter ⦁ Providing excellent customer service throughout Experience ⦁ Polite, professional, and friendly at all times. Adhering to the highest level of customer care for our customers clients and colleagues. ⦁ Enhanced DBS check required ⦁ Great team player with a ‘can do’ attitude ⦁ Flexible around shifts ⦁ Self motivated and able to use own initiative
