Salary: Competitive, up to £32,000 (based on experience) ? Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing advice and coaching to line managers on employee relations and HR best practices. Collaborate with the HR Manager to update policies, processes, and services in line with legislation and organisational goals. Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, ensuring the organisation remains a great place to work. Prepare for and participate in formal meetings, including hearings, as an HR representative. Oversee the administration of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job descriptions, and payroll preparation. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. Provide guidance and support to junior members of the HR team and assist with their development. ??? Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a generalist HR role. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
