Salary: £55,200- £83,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: 12 month Secondment | Full Time | options available
The role
Reporting to the Programme Manager on the Bridge transformation programme, the PMO Lead will lead the implementation, control, and refinement of the programme’s governance approach
You will be at the forefront of governance management, control, and delivery to ensure benefits are realised against the future ways of working for SSEN Distribution
You will
* Oversee the governance of program management, ensuring compliance with project deliverables and frameworks, and be responsible for the management of the PMO and PMO team.
* Monitor and report on the key programme milestones, risks, budgets, and resources, providing coherent updates for leadership through consistent status reports across the programme.
* Drive efficiency and effectiveness and regularly review the touchpoints of the team into programme governance and assurance and conduct process improvement where suitable, writing board papers to drive improvement where required.
* Ensure due diligence and assurance across the programme through project reviews and audits with relevant stakeholders.
* Develop good working relationships across the team and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure visibility and clarity around the programme deliverables.
You have
* Process improvement, process efficiency, or transformational change experience, ideally within network operations
* Be highly proficient in complex project management, with the ability to develop and implement methodologies and best practices
* Proven experience in stakeholder management and the presentation of complex data to key stakeholders
* Leadership skills and line management experience and ability to demonstrate this in line with SSE’s core values.
* The ability to work to demanding deadlines and be comfortable to work in a changing environment
