From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer Journey during the length of a customer’s agreement.
Role responsibilities;
* Resolve customer queries over the phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain thorough and accurate agreement records within their bespoke administration system.
* Build and maintain a strong knowledge of core leasing products and services in asset finance.
* Provide support to customers regarding future and past transactions on their agreement.
* Responsible for the correct collection of customer payments
* Manage any incoming payments to customer accounts and administer customer refunds.
Key skills required;
* Customer Service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous administration experience within Financial Services industry would be beneficial.
