HR Advisor. Westhoughton. 12 month FTC. £25k-£30k.
An established company is looking for an experienced HR advisor for 12 months to cover MAT leave. Duties will include:
* Maintaining accurate HR records, updating the database
* Being the point of contact for staff queries
* Supporting the recruitment process - setting up interviews, onboarding new starters
* Dealing with ER caseload - disciplinaries, grievances
* Providing admin support to the Group HR Director
* Assisting with the development of HR policies
* Contributing to a number of projects with the Group HR Director
To be successful, you must have HR experience, be able to work independently as this will be a standalone position, have a good understanding of HR practices, employment law, and data protection, and possess excellent communication skills.
