As we expand, we’re looking for a skilled Internal Recruiter to help us grow our team by recruiting and onboarding exceptional talent. The Role: We’re seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a number of new hires across various roles in the business. Working closely with our Finance and Business Support Team, you’ll ensure we attract, select, and onboard the best talent to help drive our ambitious growth plans. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with agency or in-house recruitment experience who wants to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Draft and refine job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers Advertise roles across relevant platforms, ensuring maximum visibility Source candidates directly and through agency engagement as needed Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate interviews, and create shortlists Manage the interview process, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up Assist the Finance and Business Support Manager with coordinating the offer process, including offer letters, contracts, references, and any additional documentation or on-boarding requirements Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, expectations, and timelines Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress and process status Candidate Experience: Deliver a first-class recruitment journey by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and supporting candidates throughout the process Onboarding Support: Manage the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles Data Management: Maintain recruitment data securely through our hiring software (BambooHR). What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven recruitment experience in an agency or in-house environment Exposure to technical or specialist recruitment is advantageous Experience with common recruitment job boards (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn) and other sourcing tools Skills & Attributes: Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong organisation and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive and self-sufficient with a team-oriented mindset Passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn Experience with recruitment tools (e.g., ATS systems like BambooHR) Why Join Us?
