About Bray Leino Media
Bray Leino Media are a highly experienced team of media professionals, media & communications planners, strategists and channel specialists responsible for media trading. We cover all channels on and off-line, print, digital, out of home, radio, cinema and TV as well as creative media solutions and partnerships. We work with clients as part of a ‘full service’ in conjunction with the Bray Leino creative offering, as well as media only business, working with clients direct.
Role
About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Biddable Media Manager to join our team and take ownership of crafting, executing, and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns across a wide range of platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving performance – whether that’s maximising ROI, generating sales, or increasing brand awareness through reach and frequency campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for developing data-driven media strategies that are aligned with key business goals and performance metrics such as conversions, CPA, ROAS, and reach. You’ll dive deep into campaign performance, using your analytical skills to make real-time adjustments that drive efficiency and results. Budget management will also be a key aspect of the role, ensuring that every penny spent is working hard to achieve maximum impact.
A keen eye for audience targeting will be essential, as you’ll use data insights to refine segmentation, A/B test creatives, and experiment with different ad formats. Keeping stakeholders in the loop with clear, actionable reporting will be crucial, so you’ll translate complex data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making.
You’ll also keep a close eye on the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve. The ideal candidate is someone who blends analytical thinking with creativity, is detail-oriented, and is always driven by results.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage biddable media strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
* Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation, and collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ads.
* Monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency, and run A/B tests to optimise creatives and strategies.
* Analyse key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CTR) to refine strategies and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns with data-driven recommendations.
* Allocate and manage media budgets, forecasting spend and performance based on data and trends. Track budget pacing and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Generate detailed reports with actionable insights, presenting findings clearly to internal teams and stakeholders while documenting learnings to enhance future campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, client services) and external partners (media owners, ad tech providers) to ensure cohesive execution and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Stay up to date with digital advertising developments, exploring new growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g. GDPR).
