Your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring a smooth sales process. Preparing and submitting accurate, competitive quotes for potential customers. Developing strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Managing procurement and supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of business requirements. Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best value and solutions for customers. Maintaining regular activity reports for the sales team and management. Troubleshooting customer issues and collaborating to find effective resolutions.What We're Looking For: A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle. Experience in a customer service position. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
