Description The Role: · Carrying out P.I. checks to maintain accuracy within pickfaces / storage locations in line with customer expectations. · Identifying and reporting any stock discrepancies, taking appropriate action to correct and record the event. · Checking and recording stock in accordance with customer queries. · Large stock adjustment investigations. · Ensuring the Warehouse Management System is updated with correct information to correspond with our internet site. · Administration of various management reports. · Dealing with Goods In queries and Replenishment issues ensuring we deliver customer expectation. · Abandonment investigation and reporting. · Ensuring stock availability is maximised through Unitload investigation. · Expiry stock checks. · Ad hoc departmental tasks. About You · Hard working and enthusiastic, reliable and punctual. · Able to work using own initiative & within a team, in a high pressure, dynamic environment. · MS Office (particularly MS Excel) experience preferred but not essential, must be confident using a PC and e-mail. · Literate and numerate with good communication skills and excellent eye for detail. · Physically able to carry out manual activities.
