Salary: £36,000 per annum Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week We are currently seeking a Non-Statutory Meetings and Diary Secretary, to join our team in one of the most iconic buildings in the world, St Pauls Cathedral. The purpose of this role is to effectively support the Canon Steward in their role as Chapters lead for people and resources, by providing support for Chapter Committee meetings and events, managing the diary of the Canon Steward and providing general administrative support to the Safeguarding function. The successful applicant will: have proven organisation, prioritisation and time management skills; have confident, clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal; have proven experience in diary management and taking accurate minutes and actions; be able to maintain accurate databases and records; and have excellent IT skills. The successful applicant will also be expected to share in St Pauls Cathedrals commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
