Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimise high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid media platforms. Own and manage large-scale ecommerce PPC accounts, ensuring campaigns are structured effectively to maximise performance and ROI. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform strategy. Implement automation and scripts to improve efficiency and scalability. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, ensuring strategies remain innovative and competitive. Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, CRO, and analytics, to drive a holistic approach to digital marketing. Manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, or internal teams, presenting results and strategy updates. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members where applicable. Required Skills & Experience 4 years of hands-on PPC experience, with a strong focus on ecommerce. Proven track record of managing high-budget accounts and delivering strong ROI. Deep understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, and Display advertising. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools. Experience with feed management platforms (e.g., Feedonomics, Channable) is a plus. Ability to work independently, proactively problem-solve, and take ownership of performance. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively.
