We are seeking an Onboarding Associate to provide exceptional customer service to our contractors, sales partners, and internal teams. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding processes, executing background checks, and managing discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough background checks, including referencing, criminal, education, employment, and credit checks
* Adhere to client and internal onboarding requirements
* Issue contracts to candidates in accordance with internal and client procedures
* Audit and administer provided documents to ensure compliance with internal policies
* Conduct checks on limited companies in preparation for issuing contracts
* Perform peer-to-peer audits on compliance packs
* Attend regular training sessions on compliance matters and legislation
* Manage onboarding cases through a workflow tool
* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Update contractor onboarding status for sales partners and online portal
* Enter, validate, and maintain data integrity for all information in key systems
* Develop strong relationships with peers in other departments and sales partners to support business objectives
* Advise consultants and contractors on policies, compliance, and relevant information
* Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the manager
