Job Description:
Here at the Mick George Group, we are recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Head Office in Huntingdon.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday between 7am – 6pm, with Saturday work as required.
Pay: To be discussed at interview.

Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls and emails, providing an adaptable approach to customer needs, and completing administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
Previous customer service experience is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for customers, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience.
* Answer all incoming calls and emails, keeping customers updated.
* Complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
* Undertake relevant training and stay updated on Mick George products and services.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Polite and confident telephone manner.
* Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
* Proactive and driven attitude.
* Flexibility and attention to detail.
