With a contract length of 12 months and a competitive salary range of 50,000 to 55,000 per annum, this could be the perfect next step in your HR career.
As the People and Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Director, EMEA & APAC, to manage all aspects of the HR life cycle. You will oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and provide operational HR advice and support. This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact on our client's organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with line managers to develop and implement people solutions across a range of HR matters including resourcing, employee relations, and talent management.
* Provide HR best practise advice and keep up-to-date with changes in employment law.
* Support line managers and staff with employment issues, applying relevant guidance in a practical way.
* Advise on organisational policies and procedures.
* Lead Employee Relations activities, including grievance handling, disciplinary investigations, and sickness absence management.
Payroll Responsibilities:
* Ensure the effective delivery and processing of monthly payrolls.
* Lead monthly payroll processing and work closely with the outsourced provider to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Process new starters, leavers, and staff changes.
* Manage and review relationships with our payroll provider for the UK.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and legislation to implement necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
* Strong payroll management experience, ideally with knowledge of ADP products.
* Excellent stakeholder management and client service skills.
* Strong analytically and problem-solving abilities.
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
* Ability to handle conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong communication and team player skills.
