In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for completing installation, maintenance, and repair work across our buildings and large complexes, ensuring our environments remain safe, functional, and welcoming. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and contractors, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance services across all settings. You’ll also support the Maintenance Supervisor and Health & Safety Compliance Manager in the safe, timely, and budget-conscious delivery of estate improvement projects - always in line with our Health & Safety plan. If you're hands-on, collaborative, and committed to maintaining high standards across a diverse estate, we’d love to hear from you Essential Criteria: We're seeking a motivated and reliable individual who brings a strong background in maintenance, along with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high standards. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in maintenance, ideally with a background in a relevant trade. A full, clean UK driving licence (you must be 25 or over for insurance purposes). A company vehicle will be provided. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own diary, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results efficiently. Awareness of health and safety regulations, including Asbestos and Legionella protocols. Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication. Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional, approachable manner at all times.
