An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ENT Outpatient team, based at The James Cook University Hospital (JCUH).
We welcome applicants with ENT experience, though not essential, as full training will be given.
An induction programme and supernumerary period allows staff to build their confidence and skills in a highly specialised area.
You will be working as part of a caring and compassionate team, whilst being supported by the multi-disciplinary team.

In return we will support ongoing professional development by way of full preceptorship and provide opportunities for the individual to develop their clinical skills.

You Will Be Expected To
1. Deliver Aural care clinics.
2. Deliver Tracheostomy clinics.
3. Support the Medical team in our Emergency Care Clinic.
4. Assist and support any admissions to the ward.
5. Assist with any telephone enquiries relating to a patient's treatment.
6. Deputise in the absence of the Dept Manager and Clinical Sister, showing leadership and expertise.
These duties are not exhaustive of the role but give a good indicator of the expectations of the post holder.

After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities; we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3, 5 and 7.
