Job Title: Accounts Specialist – Rheumatology Hospital Specialty
Location: Field Based - NW Midlands / Hereford & Worcester
Contract: 12 months Maternity Cover
Rates: Competitive
We are looking for an Accounts Specialist for a leading pharmaceutical company. In this role you will be the direct contact for key stakeholders to communicate the value proposition and be the main executor of the infield brand strategy. You will develop customer relationships whilst maximizing opportunities based on strong account plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Customer selling and relationship management:
1. Deliver expected performance and beyond (sales) in the territory.
2. Develop Smart pre-call objectives in line with territory strategy and brand team goals.
3. Effectively handle objections or concerns.
4. Educate medical providers and staff.
5. Differentiates the product value proposition.
2. Continuously strive to gain market intelligence:
1. Organize and manage stakeholder meetings.
2. Differentiates company value proposition to physicians or other stakeholders assigned.
3. Strong communication skills, ability to flex style based on customer insights.
3. Clinical and Market Knowledge Development:
1. Share best practices to enhance our business success across the Brand Teams.
2. Proactively develop and implement a growth plan to develop in current position and prepare for future opportunities.
3. Deep understanding of the multi-stakeholder environment.
4. Territory Management:
1. Continuously analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence.
2. Execute a business plan for own territory, with Market Access and Medical colleagues, in line with brand strategy.
3. Accurately identify customer position on the sales cycle and effectively target and track resources to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Adhere to industry and company compliance requirements.
Experience and Qualifications
* ABPI
* Full Driving Licence
* Solution-focused, team player with a positive mindset is a must!
* Experience within Rheumatology or Immunology would be advantageous.
* Excellent customer relationship skills to build, develop and maintain internal and external partnerships.
