Description Job Profile: The Quality Manager will lead the Quality Enabling Department within Structure Tone London. The primary function will be to ensure that the businesses management system is implemented effectively. This would include the audit and review of the management systems and development of the management systems to meet changing needs of the business. This role will be the lead in all ISO audits albeit supported by others where appropriate. Structure Tone London is currently registered under: ISO 9001 Quality Management ISO14001 Environmental Management ISO45001 Health & Safety Management The business does aspire to broaden its accreditations to cover other areas. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities: Ensure that the Management System is suitable, compliant and fit for purpose for a UK construction company of Structure Tone London’s work type, size and scale. Implement the Management System on all projects to ensure consistency across the entire business. Implement changes to the Management System where required by law, regulation, business improvement or any other reason, and ensure that these are communicated with the wider business to ensure compliance. Where the Management System requires amendment or improvement whether in part or whole; ensure that any changes are made in collaboration with the business, approved and implemented to ensure a smooth transition and buy in from all affected parties. Identify business improvements and implement new Management Systems as and when appropriate. Ensure that the Management System is compliant with ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management and ISO45001 Health & Safety Management along with any other standards that the Company subscribes to. This will be in line with the Quality Manager - Auditor Scope of Work and the Environmental Auditor/ Coordinator Scope of Work (attached); albeit assisted by others where appropriate. Implement and carry out regular reviews and internal audits of all projects to monitor compliance with the Management System. Provide formal audit reports utilising an agreed scoring system to allow projects to be measured and monitored across the business. Work closely with the win proposals and pursuits team to Input in to tender submissions as and when required. Undertake Management System inductions and training for new and current employees. Continue to offer refresher training as and when appropriate especially when implementing new or amended systems and processes. Skills and Qualifications: Proof of suitable education and experience. A formal qualification or degree is not essential however similar and relevant experience will be valued highly. ISO Lead Auditor certification; or willingness to undertake. Excellent communication skills: Bothverbally and written to effectively interact with colleagues. Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good knowledge of suitable software such as MS Office and other appropriate packages. Ability to multitask: Efficiently handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously and able to work independently and productively Professional demeanour and attitude. Remote Working: Due to the nature of our business and the role it will require largely full time attendance at the office or projects. Our working from home policy does allow occasional home working, if the task allows and approved by the line manager.
